Resorts and other suppliers control their properties and services. Payments and booking terms
Customers pay Best Resort Deals directly through the authorized checkout presented for the applicable reservation. The itemized checkout, written confirmation, Promotional Offer Terms, and Cancellation and Refund Policy form part of the agreement. Do not send card information by email or through the availability form.
Intellectual property
The website design, Best Resort Deals branding, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Best Resort Deals and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation
