When you submit a request and select the consent checkbox, you authorize Best Resort Deals and its service providers acting on its behalf to contact you about that request, available vacation options, eligibility, quotes, payments, and reservations using the phone number and email address you provide.
Calls and text messages
Contact may include live or automated calls and text messages where permitted. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent necessary one-to-one or transactional communications through other permitted channels.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may continue to send transactional messages concerning an active inquiry, payment, booking, policy update, or customer-service matter.
Your responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the contact information supplied and will notify us if it changes. Keep copies of booking and payment communications for your records.
