These terms apply to offers advertised with “as low as,” discounted, preview, getaway, or similar promotional language.
Limited inventory and variable pricing
Promotional inventory is limited. Advertised starting prices may apply only to select destinations, dates, unit types, and eligible travelers. Final availability and total price are provided before payment. Taxes, resort fees, booking fees, upgrades, transportation, parking, deposits, and incidentals may be additional when disclosed.
Occupancy
“Up to 8 people” means accommodations for that occupancy may be available. It does not mean every advertised starting price includes an eight-person unit. Maximum occupancy varies by resort, destination, unit size, dates, and availability; larger units may require an upgrade.
Eligibility and presentation requirements
Some promotions may have age, income, residency, relationship, major-card, identification, or other resort-established qualifications. Attendance by all required decision-makers at a resort sales presentation may be required. The applicable requirements, presentation length, incentives, and consequences of non-attendance will be disclosed before payment. Purchase of a timeshare is not required.
Reservations and substitutions
Submitting an inquiry does not hold inventory. A reservation is confirmed only in writing after payment and supplier acceptance. If an advertised property is unavailable, we may offer another property or date; you are not required to accept a substitution before booking.
Restrictions
Promotions may exclude holidays, special events, peak dates, prior participants, group travel, or residents of certain areas. Offers may not be combined, transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes unless expressly allowed. Identification and a valid payment card may be required at check-in.
Cancellation
The written booking confirmation and our Cancellation and Refund Policy state the controlling cancellation terms. A clearly disclosed non-refundable or supplier-specific condition controls for that reservation.
