Names and trademarks
Resort, destination, hotel, and vacation-club names may be used solely to identify a location, accommodation, supplier, or offer. All third-party trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Supplier responsibility
Resorts and other suppliers control property operations, amenities, room assignments, check-in requirements, maintenance, and on-site services. Descriptions and photographs are for identification and illustration and may change. The written booking confirmation identifies the actual reservation and applicable supplier terms.
